Dr. Amsel’s process is a giant opening towards the management of innovation. The methodology of learning by doing and his ample multicultural experience enables us to apply the knowhow, in such a way that saves us reading a hundred books about the topic.

Innovation seems like an extraterrestrial topic for green haired creatures. This process showed me that innovation inputs are at arms length. I also got the tools to leverage those. Humans have an infinite capability to imagine, but mostly we go through a imagination-less life. I discovered the power of imagination and how to apply it towards business ideas.
This training provided me with a different perspective of the workplace. Exercises that seemed irrational, proved applicable. First time I encounter in a training session that what seems abnormal becomes quite normal.
