Jaime L. Amsel
Jaime is an accredited Expert and Supervisor in Organizational Psychology, also Dynamics facilitator.
Jaime holds a doctorate degree in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University.
He has developed:
– The Organization Transformation to Innovation OT2I process model
– The InnovAction workshops, which have been adopted by the Young Americas Business Trust YABT
-The Interests Management Matrix IMM.
Jaime has presented at Innovation policy meetings of the United Nations and the Organization of American States.
Jaime introduced the first Impact management specialization at the MBA level in Israel and headed the Learning Advancement Unit of the Academic College of Tel Aviv Jaffo.
Jaime has worked in 14 different countries. where he is a Senior
Lecturer.

Raúl Serebrenik
Raúl is a founding member of Family Enterprise Consulting International.
30 years of experience with corporate families from 25 countries, over 30 of
these families are listed in Forbes Latin America.
Member of the board of IR foundation, and represents FOX for Caricol.
Has developed and applies the Serebrenik model for the consolidation of
family legacies.
Developed the FE-Q Family Enterprise Coeficient.
Authored two books: Dinastías Familiares and Dinastías Empresariales.
Holds a degree in Pure Math, Computer Science, History and Philosophy of
Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Also, has advanced conflict
resolution studies from Harvard U.
Esthi Hacher
Esthi is an experienced senior Organizational Development consultant.
She has ample expertise in leadership coaching and team development.
She is a Mergers and Acquisitions integration facilitator
Esthi is certified as a Birkman international assessment provider.
Esthi holds an industrial and organizational psychology masters degree from Bar-Ilan University.
Rachel Haviv
Dr. Rachel Haviv is an accredited expert in Organizational; Occupational Psychology.
She works with the Israel Civil Service Commission overseeing the development of selection processes.
She is a lecturer at Ariel University in the Department of Psychology and Human Resources.
Dr. Rachel provides consulting and guidance to organizations, specializing in assessment processes, including employee selection, job interviews, and feedback assessments.

Ran holds an masters degree in Organizational Psychology
Ran focuses on Transformational Leadership Organizational Development.
He has ample expertise working with governmental, local authority and NGO’s

Bassel Egbariea
Accredited I/O Psychologist with extensive experience working with various organizations in Israel, particularly within the Arab community.
Director of the Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance.
Peer instructor at the Faculty of Education at the University of Haifa.
In addition to significant experience in personal and group organizational and vocational development, I have expertise in employee sorting and guidance for organizational excellence. I also provide support to managers and various team leaders.
